Bar Cordon Noir is situated on the 3rd floor of an unassuming office building.
While difficult to find, once you exit the small dinky elevator you'll be greeted with a cozy and inviting cocktail bar straight out of the golden era of alcohol consumption, when it was classy.
In true skilled master fashion, the bar tender on shift can whip up almost anything you can think of, or keep it simple. (I had a Gin Sour and an Espresso Martini)
There is also a nice selection of bar snacks available and, according to google, a cigar menu.
